Wild Harvested Blueberry Leaf, Wild Harvested Raspberry Leaf
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1-3 full droppers in any beverage, 1-2 times a day
Blueberries are widely known for their high nutrient content, they're packed with antioxidants and phytoflavinoids (Ferlemi et al., 2016). But did you know blueberry leaves have 5-7 times more antioxidants than the fruit? Blueberries and blueberry leave may help treat neurodegenerative diseases, reducing the risk of type 2 diabetes (Takács et al., 2020), and help manage inflammation related to allergies.
Raspberry leaves are rich in nutrients and antioxidants, they contain vitamin A, C, E, and B vitamins. These vitamins help support health by preventing oxidative stress and improving cellular processes. The leaves also contain calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Raspberry leaf may offer health and nutrition benefits and help relieve premenstrual symptoms.

The tincture is great to add to tea, coffee, or your favorite drinks to get the full effect of the herb.
