Cranberry Syrup

This year, we collected extra cranberries for our harvest berry tea. Through experimenting, we found cranberries make an excellent and exciting simple syrup.

This cranberry syrup is packed full of antioxidants and all the great stuff a cranberry has. It is very tart and sweet. It is great on deserts, fun to cook with and excellent over ice cream.

Made with the best dry handed harvested organic cranberries from our friends at Ruesch Century Farm in central Wisconsin and organic sugar.

It will last a long time in the pantry and about a year in the fridge. If it crystallizes over time, that is normal. Just warm it up, and it will go back to normal.
