Our hawthorn tea is sustainably wild-harvested by hand throughout the seasons to create a tea that captures every good part of the tree. In the spring we gather the flowers, summer the leaves, and fall we harvest the berries.

How to Brew:

  • For a Cup: Steep 2–3 teaspoons of loose tea in hot water for 5–7 minutes.
  • For a Stronger Brew: Steep a bit longer for a more potent herbal extraction.
