INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Steep a pinch or 1-2 tbsp. of tea for 5-7 minutes.
CAFFEINE & SUGAR CONTENT:

PRODUCT DETAILS:
Labrador Tea is an evergreen that grows in bogs and swamps. Although this tea is not so common in the lower 48, it certainly has a rich history in North America. It is a sleepy-time type of tea, about 4 times as strong as chamomile tea.
The leaves are tonic and have a pleasant odor and flavor. They yield their virtues to hot water. Useful for coughs and can help reduce irritation of the membranes of the chest. The tea is mainly used to help one sleep or makes for a very relaxing tea.

SUGGESTED CONSUMPTION LIMITS:
When drinking this tea, be careful if you are taking any medication. It is not advised to drink lab tea if you are pregnant. One should consume no more than 2 cups per day, one cup equals 3 - 5 grams of herb. Don't smoke it.
