PRODUCT DETAILS:
Nettle tea harvested wild in central Wisconsin. It's no fun to pick stinging nettle, but you don't have to, we have already done that. This herbal tea will make for a nice hot tea. The flavor is minty with notes of lavender. A taste that most enjoy.

Nettles have been known to be extremely nutritious being high in vitamins and minerals, especially iron. It's high in plant polyphenols and is traditionally used to treat pain and sore muscles. The herb's diuretic action flushes excess uric acid from muscles and joints, helping to relieve arthritic pain and act as an anti-inflammatory. Nettle tea is highly nutritious, may help to improve blood sugar level control among people with diabetes. It's also effective in treating the symptoms of itchy, watery eyes, runny nose, and sneezing – common in allergy season.
