Wild Harvested Organic Wood Nettle, Water & Alcohol
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
2-3 full droppers in any beverage, 1-2 times a day
Wood Nettle harvested wild in central Wisconsin. It's no fun picking Nettle, but you don't have to as we have already done that for you. Nettles have been known to be extremely nutritious being high in vitamins and minerals, especially iron. The benefits of nettle includes:

The herb's diuretic action also flushes excess uric acid from muscles and joints, helping to relieve arthritic pain and act as an anti-inflammatory. Nettle is also effective in treating the symptoms of itchy, watery eyes, runny nose, and sneezing – common in allergy season.
* What is a tincture? A tincture is an alcoholic derivative herb. Tinctures are effective in extracting the medicinal components and preserving them for longer periods of time. Tinctures are also simple to use and easily absorbed by the body. This tincture is about 60 percent water extracted and 40 percent alcohol extracted. The tincture is great to add to tea, coffee, or your favorite drinks to get the full effect of the herb.
