Wild Ramps are a strong tasting leek that grow in Wisconsin and is only harvestable for about 4 weeks out of the year. We harvest the young leaves, dry them and add a little salt. The flavor will surprise you, it has a pungent onion flavor with savory umami notes. It's light on the salt, so you can load it up on just about any dish. Most people who try it buy it.

Its great on eggs in the morning or any meat on the grill.
