INGREDIENTS:
Wild-harvested Organic Ramp/Leek, Wild Mushrooms, Peppers, Sea Salt, Maple Sugar

PRODUCT DETAILS:
Seasoning from a new world. The ingredients are not only natural but also wild. The best authentic herbs from every quadrant of our state, Wisconsin. Its flavor is known only by those who've tried it.

The ingredients are harvested in different seasons, and each batch takes a full year to obtain all the ingredients. The best ingredients from Wisconsin may be the finest "wild harvested" products Wisconsin has to offer.

WILD LEEK: Also known as the ramp by some, this "wild onion" is said to taste like a mix of onion and garlic. The bulbs and leaves are dried and then ground into the main component of this seasoning.

MUSHROOMS: The seasoning contains a variety of mushrooms, including Dryad saddle, Porcini, Morel, and Black Trumpet. Most of these mushrooms are harvested in central and northern Wisconsin. The Morel mushrooms in the seasoning are harvested in Vernon County, WI, while the black trumpets are harvested on Madeline Island, WI.

OTHER HERBS: Garlic mustard is a crucial ingredient. However, it is a not-so-friendly invasive plant that can grow so thick that it blocks out sunlight for native tree seedlings. It is well-known for destroying forests in the southern part of the state. Despite its negative impact, it is a great edible with seeds that are similar to wasabi. Its garlic-like mustard has some zip, and this woodsy herb gives the seasoning its earthy flavor. The garlic mustard is wild-harvested near the Kettle Moraine in southern Wisconsin.
